In December 2009, Inman News named Lee to its annual Inman 100: Most Influential Leaders list highlighting the real estate industry's most influential people. Lee is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS'® Real Estate Advisory Board and its Executive Committee, and is a board member of Worldwide ERC®, the international association for relocation professionals. Gino Blefari began selling real estate in 1984 and for the next 14 years was a top-producing agent selling more than 50 homes per year. As a manager at Contempo Realty in 1988, he quickly set out transforming the Cupertino office from the lowest producing branch into the company's number one office. Soon after, Gino was promoted to chief operating officer and a partner where he oversaw the daily operations of 18 Contempo offices and their respective branch managers. Soon after, he became president of Century 21 Seville Contempo and was credited with increasing the company's profits by 280% in his first year on the job. In 2001, he was promoted to senior vice president of NRT, where he began working on a national level. In addition to his on-the-job mentoring, Gino is a faculty member at De Anza College where he teaches real estate courses and is a former director of the National Association of REALTORS®.

In 1991, Helen soon began serving the company in multiple arenas focusing on relocation and branch management. She was director of the award-winning Relocation Department from 1991-2001, and was honored with multiple customer service awards, receiving highest honors for five consecutive years. In 1997, Helen began serving as a branch office vice president, in addition to her relocation responsibilities and was promoted to President and COO of the Austin Region in 2004.
